PVCs: 33+ Months of high actual heart beat rates seems to have strengthened this organ
my resting rate is now ( March 18 ) in the mid 50 bpm range - I remember it being in mid 60s all my life
I've set the Apple Watch heart rate alarms back to <40 and >120
